Local Counsel
We offer local counsel for Attorneys and law firms which do not have offices in nor are admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia. Counsel from outside D.C. may need to initiate Complaints (or respond to them) — or other Court related actions and filings — in the Federal Courts or local Courts of the District of Columbia.
Our Firm can offer advice on local Court Rules and procedures where needed, and is willing to help administer or supervise filings in cooperation with main counsel to meet Clients’ needs in the Washington D.C. Federal Courts, and the local D.C. Courts.
